Why This Company Exists
Before starting the company, Ryan spent years working outdoors along this coast and kept noticing the same thing on job after job: glass that had gone from clear to permanently hazy because nobody caught the salt buildup in time. Homeowners weren’t neglecting their windows on purpose. They just didn’t know how fast this coastline eats away at glass, or that by the time you notice the haze, the damage is already done.
That’s most of the reason this business exists. The other half is simpler: getting a straight price shouldn’t take three days and two callbacks. So pricing is published on every page of this site, before you ever pick up the phone.
How We Actually Work
We tell you the price before we start.* Every service page on this site has real numbers on it, not a form that asks for your email so we can call you later.
You look at the finished job before you pay. On most residential visits, that means walking the property with you, at eye level, in the light, checking edges and corners together.
We say when something’s outside what we do. If a window needs more than cleaning, or a screen frame is too far gone to save, you hear that plainly rather than getting charged for a fix that won’t hold.
We know this town, not just the trade. Which streets have gate codes, which HOAs limit work hours to certain windows in the day, which sprinkler heads are aimed straight at somebody’s living room window. That kind of thing only comes from working the same streets year after year, not from a training manual.
Insured and Accountable
We carry general liability at $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, plus workers compensation for everyone on the crew. If you need a certificate for your HOA or property manager, ask and we’ll have it ready before the job, not after.
Where We Work
Based in San Clemente, covering the coast from Southwest San Clemente and the Pier Bowl up through Marblehead, Sea Summit, and Shorecliffs, and inland through Talega, Forster Ranch, and Rancho San Clemente. Both zip codes, 92672 and 92673.
The service area stretches south to Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano, and up toward Ladera Ranch and the south end of Laguna Niguel as well.
